Artwork description: “During a trip to New York with my girlfriend at the time, I captured this serene scene of the Twin Towers from a ferry boat. I remember feeling very peaceful in that moment. Little did I know it would be the last time I would see the Twin Towers. It still feels surreal when I think about it, but it's important to remember that they once stood there.

To me, this image serves as a reminder of one of the most surreal experiences of my life, where reality surpassed all imagination. The world witnessed a new level of aggression and terror. I believe it's crucial to keep reminding ourselves that this tragedy happened and to honour the memory of all those who suffered, along with their families and friends.”
