Have the courage to embrace the state of not knowing.

Torso No Thought explores the delicate balance between perception and reality, suggesting that our understanding of the world may be a construct of the mind. The image of silver foil, gently suspended and shaped by the wind, conveys a sense of formlessness and directionless movement—a visual metaphor for awareness unbound by conceptual limits.

In this work, I invite the viewer to contemplate a state of being free from thought—where the mind is released from the weight of the past and the pull of the future. It is a meditation on presence, liberation, and transcendence, an exploration of clarity through stillness and surrender.

This work was featured in my 2022 exhibition “Thus Far” at Bredgade, Copenhagen.
